We have been busy building a house!

Sorry there has been no posts for a while, but we have been very busy building a log cabin/ summer house in the garden. It is still not finished yet we are in the middle of staining and painting at the moment, then we just need to put in the windows, flooring, electrics and the furniture as well as move the 2 compost bins from the area. So not too much left then!

9 Week count down till the newest Short arrives and after the 19th of October we go on red alert for new baby arrival ( seeing as how Holly was 4 weeks early I want to be a bit more prepared) . Bump is getting bigger so sleep and general comfort level are decreasing daily on the up side Dan and I have finally agreed on a name! Yipee! After 3 baby name books and a really good web site with 10 000 names on it we finally were able to get a short list of 3-4 that we both liked and then the chosen name stood out like a winner! As some of you don't know the sex yet you will have to email me to find out the name, we don't want to spoil anyone's surprise!

I will pop in a picture of the cabin so you can see what we have been spending all our time on . It is 12ft6 wide and 10 ft 6 deep, a nice size and considering it arrived as just logs I think that Dan and Rob have done a great job putting it together!
